TERM OF SERVICE

ARTWORKClients can order Artworks with the following criteria:• Image/Photograph to Drawing
• Original Characters
• Furry Character
• AnimalsClients may not order Artwork with the following criteria:• NSFW
• LGBTQ
• Political
• Hate
• GoreREFFERENCEClient provides all references:• Character Reference• Pose Reference• Camera Angle/Perspective• Color PaletteORDER- Clients can order via DM my social media accounts- Clients wait for orders according to the queuePRICING- Client agrees to pay according to the nominal stated- Additional details may add to the final priceREVISION- All revisions must be made during the drawing process- Anything more than that will be subject to additional charges- Revisions after the commission is completed will incur additional costsCANCELLATION- Client can cancel the Commission when it has not been worked out or has not been agreedBILLING AND INVOICING- Billing is sent via Paypal invoice once the sketch is approved- 50% Upfront payment only applies to the first Transaction, After that the Client can pay after the file is CompletedPAYMENT METHOD
The client pays with the payment method provided by the artist :- PaypalCOPYRIGHT- Copyright of the artwork belongs to the client- Commercial use rights to the artwork rest with the client- Copyright of characters or people in works of art is not included, the client knows and gets permission from the owner of the character if they want to use it for commercial use- Client will receive a certificate of authenticity for the artwork ordered
